We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange, replacement or refund. Returns must be received in the original packaging and in same condition in which it was received. Refunds (less 15% handling & restocking fee) will be given to the original purchaser only. All orders with colored finishes are considered 'special order' and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Proof of purchase is required. Please include a copy of your original receipt or invoice.

General Shipping Information:
Outdoor Lighting Source is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and International customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. All available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges (and any applicable taxes) for all U.S. orders will be shown in your Shopping Cart when you place an order. For International Orders, please see our International Order section below.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
All shipping and processing times provided are estimated and refer to Business Days. Please allow a minimum of one (1) business day for order processing THEN account for shipping time or two (2) to five (5) business days. Outdoor Lighting Source warehouses are not open on weekends and most major Holidays.
Outdoor Lighting Source is a dynamically generated web site via our accounting/inventory control system, therefore all of the products available for sale should be available for shipment. Product specific Order Processing Times will indicate the availability of a product.
Outdoor Lighting Source utilizes a variety of carriers to ship its orders. For most U.S. orders, United Parcel Ground Service is used. This is our Standard Shipping Service. The Shipping Methods will be presented to you during the check out process. In most cases the Shipping Methods available are Standard, 2-Day, or Next Day.
Outdoor Lighting Source reserves the right to utilize the carrier and method it feels provides the best service to facilitate your order. Carriers most frequently used are UPS and USPS.
On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.
Some U.S. carriers do not ship or deliver on the following dates:

U.S. Shipping Fees:
Shipping and handling charges to destinations within the U.S. are determined by the weight of the shipment and the shipping method(s) you choose. The Shipping Fee for a specific order will be presented to you before completing the order process. Due to courier surcharges for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii an additional fee may be incurred for shipments to these states.
International shipping & handling fees is determined by the destination and weight of merchandise ordered. To obtain a quote for an International order, please contact us. A customer service specialist will get back to you with the shipping cost, available methods, and ordering instructions within one business day.
Taxes and Customs Duties:
Outdoor Lighting Source charges required local and state taxes for orders shipped to Texas.
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Outdoor Lighting Source charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable by you to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Outdoor Lighting Source is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns.
Any products received without an RMA will be returned to you at your cost.
Return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material the manufacturer sent with the merchandise (manuals, warranty cards, cables, etc.).
Outdoor Lighting Source is not responsible for lost return shipments and recommends that returned items be shipped via Federal Express, UPS or another carrier able to track packages.
